There are talented designers all over the world who specialize in wedding gowns and do a great job of creating a fantasy wedding for thousands of brides every year. However, when most brides think of the ultimate wedding dress, they thing of Vera Wang wedding dresses. Vera Wang is an American designer who has mastered the art of making brides beautiful.

If what you want is a Vera Wang original, you will pay thousands of dollars for an impeccably designed and professionally hand tailored gown. Most of Vera Wang’s designs feature hand made beads sewn on with fine lace by the most skilled sewing technicians. The dresses are one of a kind and made to fit the bride who orders it.

Vera Wang also offers a couture line that features designs that she originated and that are one of a kind, but are offered for display in her runway fashion shows. The dresses on the models can be sold, but the gown can also be fitted for a bride not so strangely proportioned.


If you want a Vera Wang dress but do no have the money to spend on an original one of a kind design, she does offer a more reasonably priced line of dresses for the discerning bride. These dresses are made by hand with great care and sold to a limited number of clients.

If you are on a budget and only the mention of Vera Wang makes you go over the limit, you can still get the look of a fine couture dress without spending all the money for your cake on your dress.

Try finding a dress of Vera Wang’s that you like. Get as many pictures of as many angles as you can and print them out.

Next, find a reputable seamstress who specializes in wedding gowns. Take the pictures to her and ask if she can make you something similar. Now, she will not be able to copy the design exactly, as that is stealing, but she will be able to make you something with the same feel and fabric.
